Cancellation Conditions
We adhere to the Austrian Hotel Regulations with regards to cancellations. You can find the Austrian Hotel Regulations here.
Booking Deposit
When making your reservation we allow ourselves an immediate deposit of 40% of the total amount. Only after receipt of the deposit will the validity of your booking be confirmed. A booking is valid only after receipt of your deposit.
Caution Deposit
A temporary deposit of 1000€ will be taken to cover any damages which may happen during your stay. This payment will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment following your stay.
No-smoking Policy
Under no circumstances is smoking allowed anywhere within the apartment.
Arrival / Departure
Guests should arrive no earlier than 3pm on the day of arrival, and depart no later than 10am on the day of departure.
Final Cleaning
The price of final cleaning is 150€ which will be added to the total price.
